Nordest Traduzioni will do everything in its power, compatibly with the electronic form of its services, to maintain absolute confidentiality with regard to all texts and personal data of the client for the purposes of translation. For the secure transmission of your data, we provide an FTP server.
According to the ethics code of our profession, it is in any case the duty of every translator and interpreter to maintain secrecy and hold absolutely confidential all information about the business handled, providing to safeguard the documents in their possession.
Nordest Traduzioni will not disclose any information publicly or communicate it to third parties without the prior written consent of the client, with the exception of its team of authorized professionals or the authorized sub-contractors of Nordest Traduzioni, in those cases in which their knowledge of such information is necessary to enable them to participate in the projects or provide consultation services.
The above guarantees do not apply in those cases in which Nordest Traduzioni is required by law to communicate information or if the information is or becomes part of the public domain without being disclosed by Nordest Traduzioni.
